INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour / atta – 80 gm
Water – 3- 4 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Mushrooms – 4 pc.
Onion – 1
Green capsicum – ½
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Kasoori methi – ½ tsp
Yogurt – 2 Tbsp
Green chutney – 1 Tbsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
METHOD
- Combine all the ingredients & knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 3- 4 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a thin chapatti.
- Cook each chapatti lightly on a tava (griddle) on both sides. Keep aside.
- Slice onion & green capsicum & mushrooms.
- Heat oil ina non stick pan, add onion 7 capsicum & saute till soft. Add ginger & garlic paste & saute for 1 minute.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder & mix well. Add 1 tbsp yogurt & mix well.
- Sprinkle kasoori methi & mix.
- Heat a non stick tava & heat the rotis on it.
- Mix remaining yogurt with green chutney in a small bowl.
- Keep a roti on top, spread a little chutney over it.
- Place some veg mixture over it. Sprinkle some chaat masala & roll tightly.
- Cut into diagonal pieces & serve or roll it in aluminum foil or cling film & serve hot.
