INGREDIENTS
Cabbage – 25 gm
Carrot – ½
Tomato – ½
Capsicum – 1
Spring onions – 25 gm
Red radish – 2
Beans – ¾ cup
Lettuce – 2-3 leaves
One can also add mushroom, broccoli, any allowed veggie.
METHOD
- Place lettuce leaves in cold water till crisp.
- Steam the veggies, so that they get little cooked but remain crisp.
- In a bowl, take little olive oil, add black salt, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, little mirchi powder and lemon.
- Mix all the ingredients with tnise dressing.
- Pour the salad over the lettuce leaves and serve cold.
