INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken – cut into 1 cube

Cumin  seeds – 2 tea spoon

Coriander seeds – 1 tea spoon

Black pepper corns  – 3

Clove  –  1

Fresh coriander  –  2 table spoon

Mint leaves  – 1 table spoon

Ginger  – ½ piece

Garlic – 4 clove

Green chilly – 2

Hung curd – ½ cup

Salt to taste

Garam masala – ½ tea spoon

1 lemon cut into wadges

METHOD

  • Dry roast cumin coriander seeds pepper corns and cloves grind along with coriander mint leaves ginger garlic and green chilly to a fine paste.
  • In a bowl mix hung curd salt and garam masala wait 20 min and add green paste and let it marianate over 1 hour in a refrigerator
