INGREDIENTS
Chicken – 250 gm
Water – 15 gm each
Sliced onion – 50 gm
Pepper corns – 8-10
Bay leaves – 2
Salt – 1 tsp
For making the soup : –
Chicken – 80 gm
Onion + carrots – 15 gm each
Stock – 1 cup
Bay leaves – 2
Pepper corns – 2
Cloves + coriander leaves
METHOD
- Cut chicken into small pieces.
- Add water and other ingredients and pressure cook for 15-20 min.
- Strain and remove the solids.
- Cut chicken into small pieces, add stock and let it stand for 15 minute.
- Add other ingredients and boil. Simmer for ½
- Strain the soup and remove fat by straining two times through wet muslin cloth.
- Add chicken pieces and serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
