INGREDIENTS
2 boiled egg ( no yolk )
Tomato puree – 1 Tbsp
Tomato chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
Mango powder – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 1
Spring onion – 1 ( chopped )
Capsicum – ½
Carrot – ½
Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix tomato puree, tomato chilli sauce, mango powder, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chilli & salt.
- In a plate cut the boiled egg into 2 & spreed the chutney over the boiled egg.
- Sprinkle some chopped onions, tomato, grated carrot & diced capsicum over the eggs.
- Add the garam masala & the chaat is ready to serve.
