    However , I see a lot of people cut out those types of food when they start dieting, and I think it’s sad.

    Of course you can’t have pizza several times a day, but you can enjoy it in moderation.

    If you are going to be successful with your fat loss, you need a sustainable lifestyle.

    Now what do you think is the most sustainable cutting all your favourite foods and drinks, or enjoying them in moderation?

    By restricting yourself too much you are only setting yourself up for failure. You need to focus on whole foods most of the time, but of course you can have some pizza as well ?
