INGREDIENTS

Olive oil  –  1  Tbspn

Red  capsicum  –  ¼  chopped

Yellow  capsicum  – ¼  chopped

Green  capsicum  –  ½  chopped

Carrot  –  ½  grated

Tomato  sauce –  1 Tbspn

Olives  –  1 Tbspn , chopped

Salt  & pepper  –  acc. To taste

Diet  mayonnaise / hungcurd  –  1 spn flat

Brown / multigrain bread slices

METHOD

  • Heat oil in pan, add  all capsicum, carrot  and tomato sauce, saute.
  • Add salt  and olive  oil , mix  well  and remove from flame.
  • Mix with diet mayonnaise. Stuff  with in the bread and grill it.
  • Serve
