INGREDIENTS

cabbage – 50 g

spring onion-1

carrot -1/2

apple  – 25 g

pear  – 1

diet mayonnaise  – 1 spoon

nutrelite  – ¼  tea spoon

lemon juice – 1 tea spoon

tonned milk  – 1 tea spoon

METHOD

1 remove stalk and shred the cabbage very finely.

2 grate the carrot cut the spring onion.

3 cut the green parts diagonally into piece of onion .

4 core and diet the apple and pear ( do not peel ).

5 mix all the prepared vegetables and fruits in a bowl and add the dressing .
